Cancellation Policy

DGITAL MOBILITY PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
• We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, refunds or replacements can be made if the customer establishes that the delivered product is of poor quality.
• For damaged or defective items received, please report to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained once the merchant verifies the claim. This must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
• If you feel that the received product does not match the description on our site or your expectations, notify our customer service within 7 days. The team will review and take appropriate action.
• For products with a manufacturer warranty, please refer to the manufacturer for complaints.
• If a refund is approved by DGITAL MOBILITY PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take 6-8 days to process and reflect in the customer's account.
